1. Note to customers before departure: (It is very important to save the card board!)


Activation Instructions:

This card will be activated in advance according to the travel time submitted when placing the order. If you do not provide the activation date when you purchase, please contact our customer service three days before departure to activate the package. The time will be calculated from the day after activation (European local time). You need to enter the PIN code. If you enter the PIN code incorrectly for three times, you need to enter the PUK code to unlock the card. Therefore, be sure to keep the card safe.

2. Internet Settings

Once you arrive at your destination, most phones can access the Internet with Cellular Mobile Data and Data Roaming enabled.If very few mobile phones do not have Internet access, please follow the following Settings:


iPhone:

Settings - Cellular Mobile Network - Data (On) - On 4G(or on LTE) - Data Roaming (on) - Cellular Data Network - Name and APN: Movistar.es Username: movistar Password: movistar Others Leave this blank and are not specified by default. If you cannot access the Internet, please check whether there are description files (Settings - General - Description files, delete all description files) or restore network Settings (Settings - General - Restore - restore network Settings).


Android:

Settings - Wireless and Network - Mobile Network Settings - Enable Data roaming, Enable 4G(or Enable LTE)- Access Point Name - Press the "Menu" key at the bottom of the phone - New APN - Name and APN: Movistar.es Username: movistar Password: movistar Other options default - Press the "Menu" button at the bottom of the phone - save, return and select the access point to restart the phone.

Note: The mobile phone with dual card should be placed in card 1, and card 2 should not be inserted, because there is a probability that the Internet will not be able to be plugged into the dual card.


3. Dial Mode and Query

(1) Number of this machine: After activation, you will receive a message informing you of the number when you insert the card in Europe, or contact customer service for enquiries after activation.

(2) Call this card from other countries: 0034+ mobile phone number (remove the first 0 of the number)

(3) This card can dial other countries: 00+ international area code + number, please note that the service number or special number cannot be dialed.

(4) Package use check www.movistar.es, only through the website, after registration, to query the details of the package use, need text message verification. Or download the MI Movistar app and then need to log in with a text message to check your plan details.

(5) If you cannot access the Internet abroad, please find free WiFi to contact the online customer service. If you do not contact the local, and say that you cannot access the Internet after returning home, because the mobile phone card is out of the use environment, unable to judge the problem, the store has the right to refuse to refund.
